Do I have to give you my login?

Not for the free quick look, just your URL. For a tune-up or care plan I need admin access to do the actual work. I'll send you a quick guide to add me as a user (or set up a temporary login link that expires). You never send me a password, and you can remove my access anytime.

I didn't build my site. Is that a problem?

Nope. Most sites I support were built by someone else.

Not sure if your site is on WordPress?

Send the URL anyway. I'll tell you.

What if an update breaks something?

I back up before every update. If something breaks, I roll it back or fix it. That's on me, not you.

Do I actually need the monthly plan?

Maybe not. If your site doesn't change much and just needs cleaning up, the tune-up might be all you need. After I look, I'll tell you which one makes sense.

How does the premium plugin library work?

Care plan clients can use my licenses for the plugins in my library while they're on the plan. If you cancel, those come off your site and you'd need your own licenses.

What about premium plugins I already pay for?

Updates need an active license. If yours has expired, you can renew it, or if you're on a care plan, swap to one from my library when there's a match.

What does the monthly hour of support cover?

Content edits, small design tweaks, plugin installs and setup, and general "can you help me with this" stuff. Bigger projects get quoted separately.

Do I have to host with you?

No. Hosting on Rocket.net is there if you want it, but the plans work wherever your site lives.

Is there any kind of site you don't take?

The tune-up is priced for standard WordPress sites. Online stores, learning platforms, membership sites, multisite setups and hacked sites get a custom quote, since they take more care to do right.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
